Quality in our training is achieved through a Customer Satisfaction Index which benchmarks the quality of programmes we deliver. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is arrived at by measuring the level of client satisfaction at each programme under nine key indicators such as the administration of the programme, the venue at which the programme was run, relevance of programme content and trainer qualities to mention but a few. Mayo CEB aims to reach, but preferably exceed, a CSI target of 80% for all our training programmes. Mayo County Enterprise Board is also committed to providing a high standard of service to our clients. When dealing with the CEB, we will seek to ensure that you are fully informed of services and supports available and that you are facilitated in gaining proper access to these services and supports. |
